Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

EventRelay provides software and mod integration tooling, account licensing, customer portal access, and downloadable release packages. Purchase grants a license to use the software under these terms.

2. Accounts and Access

• You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure.
• Use the same billing email for payment and portal access so entitlements can be matched.
• Access may be suspended for abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or terms violations.

3. Billing and Entitlements

• Monthly plan is $5 USD and counts toward lifetime unlock.
• Monthly paid totals are tracked toward the lifetime threshold shown at checkout.
• Lifetime grants non-expiring access for the licensed account once paid in full.
• Entitlement changes are based on successful payment confirmation from supported processors.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not reverse engineer, redistribute paid packages without authorization, automate abuse against payment or auth endpoints, or use EventRelay for unlawful activity.

5. Mod/Game Relationship

EventRelay is an independent product and is not affiliated with Bethesda or other game publishers. You must own required games and follow each game's terms.

6. Warranty and Liability

EventRelay is provided "as is" without guaranteed uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Policy Updates

Terms may be updated to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the latest version.
