Privacy is a human right. EventRelay is designed to avoid tracking-based business models. We do not sell customer data.

No Tracking Commitment

• No ad pixels or third-party analytics trackers on the website.
• No behavior profiling for advertising.
• No sale or rental of customer data.

Data Used For Operation Only

To provide account access and license entitlements, EventRelay stores only service-critical records such as billing email, password hash, entitlement status, and payment reference IDs needed to validate access.

Program Logging

The EventRelay program does not send tracking telemetry to us. Any runtime logging is local on your machine and is not used for data brokerage or advertising.

Payment Processors

Stripe, PayPal, and NOWPayments process payments directly and may collect billing or transaction data under their own privacy terms. EventRelay does not store full card numbers or payment instrument secrets.

Security and Retention

Access records are retained only as needed for license enforcement, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal compliance. We apply least privilege access and secret management practices to protect stored records.
