FAQ
Can streamers customize event thresholds?
Yes. EventRelay supports per-event enable/disable controls and
threshold tuning (for example 25, 100, 250, 750, or custom tiers),
so each creator can dial in chaos level per trigger.
Can triggers be re-mapped (example: follow -> boss event)?
Yes. Event-to-effect mapping is configurable, so follows, subs,
raids, and bit tiers can be remapped to different in-game effects.
Each game profile has its own effect catalog, and remastered-only
effects can be assigned when that profile is selected.
Which streaming platforms are supported?
EventRelay supports multi-platform channel profiles for Twitch,
Kick, YouTube, and Rumble. Automated live event ingestion currently
uses Twitch OAuth/EventSub, while expanded cross-platform connector
automation is being developed through the Engine and SDK roadmap.
Is there a free tier?
Yes. Create an account on the customer portal and you can download
EventRelay and run game profiles with default trigger mappings at
no cost. Paid plans unlock advanced features like challenge boards,
viewer loyalty walls, AI clip pipeline, Discord game night, and
custom event mapping.
How is the product delivered after purchase?
Delivery is through the Customer Portal download area. After your
account has paid access, sign in and download the latest package
ZIP (mod files + portable executable).
How does monthly-to-lifetime unlock work?
Monthly billing is $5/month. Each paid monthly charge is tracked on
your billing email, and once cumulative paid monthly charges hit
$75, your account is upgraded to lifetime access.
Which email should I use for checkout and portal access?
Use the same billing email for payment and portal account access.
Entitlements and monthly progress are tracked by email, so matching
emails avoids access sync issues.
Which games are supported right now?
Live profiles currently include Skyrim, Fallout 4, Fallout: New
Vegas, Fallout 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, DOOM, DOOM II, DOOM 3,
DOOM 64, DOOM Eternal, DOOM: The Dark Ages, Halo MCC, Iron Lung,
Cyberpunk 2077, The Witcher 3, S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2, Oblivion,
Oblivion Remastered, and Morrowind. GTA V is currently in active
development.
What is included in this game profile right now?
This answer updates with the game pill you select in the trigger
defaults section so requirements, defaults, and scope stay aligned.
Where are setup docs and integration guides?
Full setup, configuration, usage, and troubleshooting documentation
is available from the Documentation page and customer portal.
Will there be an SDK for advanced customization?
Yes. The Modular Event SDK roadmap is focused on advanced trigger
customization, integration documentation, and developer-level
control for supported game pipelines.
Which Command Center add-ons are included now?
EventRelay includes Challenge Board, AI Clip Pipeline, Creator
Collaboration, Discord Game Night Orchestrator, Viewer Loyalty
Wall, and profile-aware setup wizard tooling. These modules run
independently from trigger mappings and include policy-driven
workflows for funding, achievements, RSVPs, queue controls, and
operations.
What is the status of AI auto clips and auto shorts posting?
The AI Clip Pipeline is in active development for short-form
automation: highlight detection, auto clip creation, and edit-ready
short outputs. Fully automated shorts posting is planned next,
including posting during active live streams.
Are all effects available in every game profile?
No. Effects are profile-specific. Each supported game has its own
curated effect library and mapping defaults, and cross-profile
remaps are limited to effects available in that selected game.
